The Current Events Presentation (CEP) is a 10-15 minutes presentation by each student. You need to chose a topic of current interest, relevant to E-Commerce, and present it in class. There will be tentatively one CEP presentation per class, starting in October. Please choose your preferred date and send me an e-mail so I can reserve it for you, with the subject line "ECMM6000 CEP Presentation Slot".
The presentation will take place at the beginning of the class, followed by a short class discussion.
The intent of the presentation is to allow students to go through a short exercise in research and briefly present their findings, on an e-commerce related topic. The intent is to share with the class the current issues shaping the direction of e-commerce.
You need to submit to the instructor the topic and the slides at least 24 hours before presentation by email, with the subject line "ECMM6000 CEP Slides". If you want, you can share the slides with the class before the presentation.
The mark for presentation is 5% of the final mark, and the evaluation guidelines are as follows:
